If you are looking to utilise your finance background, and have a good commercial and entrepreneurial aptitude, this role will provide you with a great long term career.Working at TransminA competitive salary package negotiated based on experience...plus superannuation;Access to Transmin's annual bonus scheme;Access to TransUP - Transmin's employee recognition & reward program;A supportive, available and hands-on management team;A professional, yet informal and flexible working environment;Social and family inclusive workplace including an active social club;About the RoleTake ownership and accountability for the day to day running of the finance and corporate functions within the company;Lead and manage the Finance and Corporate Services teams;Play an active role in strategic decisions, financial analysis and general management duties;Assist departmental managers on making decisions with a commercial and financial perspective and help guide strategy;Work closely with Project Managers to guide the financial and commercial outcomes of Projects;Work with the Senior Management team on guiding the company direction and day to day operational needs;Manage the companies banking relationships, cash flow and working capital requirements;Handle all business statutory requirements;Drive accurate, detailed and timely reporting of both operational and financial aspects of the business;Act as system administrator for the company ERP system and work on continuous improvement;Manage overall inventory, including pricing strategies and master records on ERP system;Be a key driver of continuous improvement by understanding the operations of the business and adding value drawing on past finance and commercial experience;Oversee and manage internal controls and system development with the business;Ad hoc analysis and reporting;Provide commercial and contractual support companywide as and when required;Maintain accuracy and financial integrity of GL at all times. About the Role

  • Take ownership and accountability for the day to day running of the finance and corporate functions within the company;
  • Lead and manage the Finance and Corporate Services teams;
