The successful candidate will frequently engage in utilizing their advanced Excel skills and have the ability to work with limited supervision. About the RolePreparation of various month end financial and management reporting packs;Statutory compliance with audit processes, payroll tax, FBT, PAYG, superannuation etc;Assist the CFO in preparing various ad-hoc analysis and reporting - advanced Excel skills are essential;Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts;Provide regular monthly reports on various organisational and departmental KPI's;Fixed asset register maintenance;Responsible for master file records and integrity of them on ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV);Management of AP/AR staff, and assistance in processing;Management of Inventory and stock through the Stores Department;About YouRelevant accounting degree (or higher) qualification;CA/CPA program essentialMinimum 5 - 10 years’ experience in a similar role;Experience in a commercial setting - preferably an industrial, engineering and/or manufacturing environment;Advanced Excel skills applied in an advanced financial analysis capacity;Confidence to work under own initiative and deliver results;Strong understanding of inventory management and job costing/reporting systems;Experience with Microsoft NAV highly desired, but not essential;Keen attention to detail and analysis commentary.Why TransminWA owned and operated OEM celebrating over 32 years of success;A professional, informal and flexible working environment allowing for an excellent work – life balance;Social and family inclusive workplace with employee benefits and an active social club.
